Welcome to Mountain Traditions. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms, including our Refund, Privacy, and Shipping policies.
If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.
1. Product Information
Each piece is handcrafted or made to order — variations in color, size, or finish are part of the art.
We may update products, pricing, or descriptions at any time without notice.
Orders become final once payment is processed and shipping begins.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and shipping apply at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing details and authorize payment for your order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders ship in about 2–3 weeks; custom license-plate pieces and bronzes may take longer.
Shipping times are estimates only — we aren’t liable for carrier delays or weather.
Responsibility transfers once the carrier accepts the shipment.
4. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact kenton@mountaintraditions.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review and may offer a replacement, repair, or store credit.
We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or natural handcrafted variations.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, photos, and designs are owned by Mountain Traditions.
Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Liability
All products are provided “as is.”
Mountain Traditions’ liability will not exceed the original purchase price.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Colorado law.
All disputes will be resolved in Larimer County, Colorado.
