Shipping Policy

Every order from Mountain Traditions is packed with care and attention. These are handcrafted, high-value pieces that take time to prepare, protect, and ship safely.

We inspect each piece before shipping and use quality materials to ensure safe arrival. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order — valuable shipments should never be left unattended.

Shipping times:

• In-stock items: Usually ship within 3–7 business days.

• Made-to-order bronzes (Mark Hopkins): Typically 8–10 weeks, depending on foundry production and finishing schedules.

During special occasions, some orders can be expedited. Let us know your timeline — we’ll be happy to provide details and do everything possible to accommodate your request.

All shipments are insured until delivery. Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

If any issue arises during transit, contact kenton@mountaintraditions.com within 48 hours. We’ll help coordinate a resolution.
