    Return & Refund Policy

    Each Mountain Traditions piece is handcrafted or made to order. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and expected and do not constitute defects.

    All sales are final except in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

    Eligible Returns
    We accept returns if an item arrives:

    • Damaged, or
    • Incorrect (you received the wrong item)

    If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kenton@mountaintraditions.com.

    If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

    Exchanges
    We do not offer exchanges. If a replacement is approved, it will be for the same item only (if available).

    Non-Returnable Situations
    We do not accept returns for:

    • Buyer’s remorse
    • Change of mind
    • Size or color preference
    • Custom or made-to-order items
    • Normal handcrafted variations

    Resolution Process
    After inspection, we may provide one of the following:

    • A repair
    • A replacement (if available)
    • Store credit

    Return Shipping
    Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval. If the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect, we will work with you on a fair resolution.
